I want to create an album picking a few pictures of a certain person from each year. I do not find way to do that. As my catalog contains 28000 pictures it would be neat to find this type of search.
1. Click on the "By Date" item under the All Photos selection.
2. Then ctrl/cmd-click on each of the years that you want to include in the search (if the years are contiguous, click on the first year and shift-click on the last year).
3. Click in the search bar and select the "certain person".
That will give you all photos of that specific person from the selected years. Then create an album and add the filtered images to it.
