How to synchronize changes to the default settings between Lightroom desktop and Lightroom mobile version?

Hello. I installed some presets on the desktop version and it synced with the Android app, but when I delete some groups of presets on the desktop, it continues in the Android app, even with the software doing the sync. It is much easier to organize the presets by the desktop version. The mobile version does not allow you to delete groups of presets. can anybody help me? Thanks.
