How to upload tutorials?

I've seen many people uploading tutorials in lightroom but I can't find the option to upload tutorials. I'm only able to upload my edits. Please tell me how to upload tutorials in lightroom

Sharing your tutorials to the Lightroom Desktop Discover panel is not possible yet.

You can share your best photos along with their edits to the Discover section to inspire and connect with photographers. You can also follow Discover posts which are shared by other photographers.
