I can not process photos and copy their settings

I signed up for a trial subscription with Windows to upload photos from my computer to an application for processing. I always process photos from an iPhone. The subscription has ended and for some reason I cannot process and copy the settings of the photos that I uploaded from the computer.

Adobe uses Cloud storage on its own web servers, that are not publicly available ( only a paid subscription gives access.).

Photos you upload are stored in Adobe Cloud.

When a trial (or subscription) ends you no longer have access to Cloud storage.

You may be able to remove your images from the Cloud by using the Downloader App-

DOWNLOADER APP
