I can't import the picture

I use the Adobe Lightroom 2021. When I want to import the photo, I can't import. All menu has blocked. What can i do with this ploblem.

Are you using Lightroom or Lightroom Classic? How are you trying to import and from where? In Lightroom, you click on the + add photos button in the upper right hand corner. In Classic you import. We need more details to help.

Do you have the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App running? (Hidden in the ^ of the Task Bar?)-

And are you Signed-In with the App?

Lightroom is trying to Sync with the Cloud- Do you have a problem with Internet connections?
