I recently started my free one week subscription for Lightroom but could not find how to cancel my subscription in time and I ended up being charged for another year. I have cancelled my repeat subscription but I can't find an option to cancel my current one and get my money back as I do not wish to continue using Lightroom. Please help as I have no money left in my account and need it back asap
I am an Adobe employee, but not a Support agent. I volunteer time here to help as I know the Lighroom iOS app well. My understanding is Adobe Support cannot issue refunds for iOS subscriptions at this time. Apple owns the transactions, and I urge you to reach out to Apple Support to inquire about a refund. Apple Support is generally great, and I hope they can help you if you explain the situation.
