Hello,
My business partner imported photos to Photoshop Lightroom yesterday and I still can't see them from my device today. I've tried closing and reopnening the app on my laptop, but there are just not showing up.
She showed me a screeenshot of where the photos are on her computer, and they are located at the same place we usually place them: under My Photos. We have both signed in and out several times, but it doesn't help.
We are using mac laptops. I'm using MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 and she has a more recent computer, but we have both been able to access photos from each other without issues over the past 2 years, so I wouldn't think that would be at the root of our sudden problem.
Any thoughts?
