I cannot open raw files in lightroom sony A7III

Hello. I'm desperate. Been trying all day to open raw files on my updated version of lightroom and Lightroom does not recognize raw files. Can you please help me and suggest what to do. I think I've tried just about everything! Didn't use to have this problem before and no idea how to tackle it.

We're sorry for the trouble. You need a minimum of Lightroom Classic 7.3 and Lightroom 1.3 to open ram images for Sony A7III camera.
