I have invited my employees to use each license I have bought for them to use lightroom but when they log in none of the libraries are synced from our main account and storage is limited to our main account's limit of 1TB. What am I missing? I understand how to issue the license to their email and for them to log in with that but then they don't see anything from the main account and what they upload is going against the main cloud storage and not the individual storage amount for each license.
I've tried to get on a call with support and they have hung up on me or transfered me to someone else and the call gets dropped. I'm paying alot for this and not able to utilize it. Please help! Thanks in advance
