I have purchased premium version features but cannot use them

I subscribed to the premium version of Lightroom on Google Play on March 11, 2024. After using it only twice, when I started Lr again, all the premium version features were unavailable, and the software prompted me to purchase the premium version.

I confirmed that the Adobe ID is correct, but I cannot restore the purchase in the software. I try to click on the advanced version purchase function again. The software prompts: This subscription has been purchased through a different Adobe ID in the Play Store, but I There is indeed only one Adobe ID. How to solve this situation?

The mobile phone used is Samsung FOLD3, Lr version is V9.2.1, Android version is 14, One UI version is 6.0
