I have reviewed your profile & the Lightroom Plan (1TB) is active.
What version of Lightroom & iOS are you working on?
Have you tried signing out of the Lightroom app and signing in again?
Sign out of the Lightroom app and sign in again using your Adobe ID (email) instead of using the social login options (FB, Google, etc.)
If this does not work, uninstall the Lightroom app and install it from the Appstore.
