I use and pay for Lightroom on iphone and desktop on imac. Can I use Lightroom and Photoshop on my Ipad pro as well in the same subscription?

Depends on what you mean with 'all apps'. All apps you pay for in your subscription can be used on mobile devices too (if there is a mobile version of that app).
