Hi there! On Wednesday 25th may (2 days ago) I purchased the premium option, but I cannot use it! in my subscription the purchase is active, I tried restore purchase and still nothing!
what happened? Why I'm not able to use it?
Perhaps you created a new account when your purchased the premium option. You need to be signed in with the same login credentials you used to purchase the subscription.
Theresa's hunch led me to check your account here against the server, which did confirm you have an active Lightroom subscription under another account/email ID. I'll send you a direct message to share details more privately
