I updated my mac to Sonoma and lightroom to 7.3.... Nothing happens now when I click "add Photos"

I updated my mac to Sonoma and lightroom Creative Cloud to 7.3.... Nothing happens now when I click "add Photos" The box to select pictures doesn't even populate. Everything else is working find though. I've restarted several times. Help!

Check that Lightroom still has Full Disk Access permissions. See this (it's about Lightroom Classic, but the same thing applies to Lightroom):
