I've moved your thread to the Lightroom Cloud forum as that's the correct location for Lr mobile related questions/issues.

Are you sure that you've logged into the account for which you're paying $14.55?

"iCloud storage" ???  Adobe Lightroom has no connection or compatibility with iCloud (the Apple product).

With a reported 20GB of storage it suggests you have subscribed to the Photography Plan (20GB).

I suggest you contact Support to resolve your question.

Contact adobe support by clicking this link for the chat box,you need to be Signed In.

It's common to feel confused about iCloud storage, especially with its various features and plans. iCloud is designed to back up your data, sync files across devices, and store photos, but understanding how it allocates storage can be tricky. If you’re looking for an alternative or additional storage solution, consider Terabox. It offers 1TB of free cloud storage, making it easy to manage your files without the complexity. If you have specific questions about iCloud or Terabox, I’d be happy to help clarify!
