Image does not load

hopefully a quick one - i'm trying to load an image, but it won't appear. i've shown what i mean in an attached video.

anyone else having this issue? or know how to fix?

Could it be something to do with the error on the cloud icon top right?

If you click on that, what's the message?

thanks for replying! the warning is about cloud storage being out of space. I've attached a pic.

would that be causing the issue?
