Please provide a lot more details.

Are you shooting raw files and viewing them in Windows (Photos app) before importing to LrC?

The Photos app cannot display raw files, so it displays the jpg embedded in the raw file. This jpg has been processed in the camera, and may at first glance seem to be "better" than what you see in LrC, but you can get the same quality (usually much better) by editing the raw file in LrC.

Are you talking about Lightroom (Lr icon) or Lightroom Classic (LrC icon)? What version NUMBER?

You are using the cloud version, which is called Lightroom, not Lightroom Classic.

A moderator will move this thread to the Lightroom forum.

In any case, viewing the image at 100% in both applications will reveal any difference in quality.

I'm not familiar with Lightroom, but if you haven't done any edits, there should be no difference.
