Images and albums no longer there when opening Lightroom

Sorry to hear that all the images and albums are no longer there in Lightroom, let's make it right.

Could you please let us know the exact verison of Lightroom you're using? Go to Help > System Info.

Do you have an active subscription?

Also, are you able to see the images here when you sign in with your Adobe ID? https://lightroom.adobe.com/libraries
