Importing images failed in Lightroom mobile on Android 9

While importing pictures to my Lightroom mobile, it doesn't work, said "one photo failed to import".. that was appeard suddenly.

How can I solve this problem?

My android version is: 9

Sorry that you cannot import one image in Lightroom mobile as you're getting an error message " one photo failed to import."

Which exact version of Lightroom on your mobile are you using? Do you get the error while importing from a specific location or a specific image/collection? What is the file format of the image?

Good evening!

My Lightroom version is: 7.2.0,  and my android(mobile) is 9

The problem applied on any location which import from.

The app was working properly, but this issue happened suddenly!

I will be grateful for you if that problem solved
