When I go to import photos from my WDPassport Wireless Pro, I click on the download from cloud button and then I get the message "The operation can't be completed because an unexpected error occured" (I've attach a screenshot). And then the screen says content unavailable. How do I fix this error?
Thanks for taking the time to report this. Let me ask some questions that may help, or at least allow us to better investigate.
What iOS version is your iPad running?
Are you physically connecting this device to your ipad?
Does this fail the same way or does it work better when trying to import to your camera roll via the Photos app? Generally, if Photos is able to import, so can Lightroom. But there could be a Lightroom issue here, especially if Photos is able to import without error.
