In Lightroom Mobile editing tools are not showing (Android)

When I select a photo to edit there are no editing options listed below the photo, it shows just the photo nothing else. What do I need to do to bring up the edit options? Thanks

Could you please let us know which version of Lightroom Mobile are you using? What are your device specifications and Android version? Are you signed into Lightroom with the registered Adobe ID? 

If your images are synced, and you can locate your files on https://lightroom.adobe.com, please re-install the application.
