Opened the Lightroom app today to find the message saying my subscription expired (it hasn't). It's still being charged via the App Store and I'm unable to restore any purchases by getting the following message.

Hey, @Emilio31390732eh43. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.
I've checked the account you're signed in to the community with & you have a subscription from Apple/Itunes, which is currently inactive/canceled. The respective app store manages subscriptions from the mobile app store. You can contact their support channels if you've been charged already.
Check this page for help with managing your subscription with App Store: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/manage-subscription-ios.html
This should help. Give me heads up if it does. Thanks!

It's been almost a month where there is clearly a bug with the iOS App (iPhone) it keeps saying I'm not subscribed to Premium features (I'm being charged for it for sure) and now I'm getting this weird message where there is another email address I don't even know that has a subscription and it logs me out every time.
I've been redirected left and right by different people from support and no one has been able to give me a solution for this.
They even said they would call me and they attempted to do so in the middle of the night...

Hello @Emilio31390732eh43
Your iTunes account can only subscribe one Adobe Lightroom account at a time. These most recent screenshots you shared are helpful because they show you already have a paid Lightroom account, and you must sign into Lightroom with the correct email address to use your paid subscription. The account is shown in your last screenshot, with some of the text hidden to protect your privacy. Please sign into Lightroom with your email address that ends in **************94@gmail.com
