Dear Community,
last night I got the Lightroom subscription via the Adobe.com website. On the Mac, this subscription apparently works without any problems, at least I can't see anything to the contrary. On the iPhone and iPad, however, Lightroom continues to insist that it is only a trial version.
Steps taken so far:
Tried "Restore Purchases" in the mobile app (probably only works for in-app purchases anyway?)
Restarted the phone
Logged out of Lightroom and logged back in
Uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom
Logged in with Adobe account instead of Apple ID (both accounts are linked)
Used mobile data instead of Wifi to exclude blocking of Adobe servers (my private Wifi uses NextDNS to block trackers and here Adobe addresses are known to be blocked as well)
Does anyone have any ideas what else I could do to solve this problem?
