iOS publishing to the socials

Is there an easy and quick workflow to get images in iOS LR to social media?

at the moment getting them onto social media eg Twitter requires going into Twitter and selecting images. The default location that Twitter looks isncamera roll.

this would suggest that exporting to camera roll from LR would be the obvious but to get images sizes that are suitable for Twitter ie. Not the default highest image file size but use save as and select teh small 2048px long edge. However it doesn't seem that the save as option allows output to camera roll just things like files and Dropbox.

anyone got an easier workflow to get say 4 images to a single tweet?
