IOS13 points rouges

Depuis l'installation IOS13, a chaque touche de l'écran un point rouge apparaît ce qui rend le logiciel inutilisable.

solution connue ou est-ce un problème chez moi ?

red dots iOS 13

I do not know why you see multiple red dots as in you screen-clip. Are you in a specific edit mode?

All I know is that in iPhone 12.4.1 and Lightroom 4.4.1-

Settings > Gesture Shortcuts / Show Touches  will toggle on a red-dot when screen is touched, but only momentarily.
