IPad Lightoom and PS does not see the subscribtion?

Hi all

 

I a running Creative Cloud subscription and it works on my PC but when I try to install PS or LR on my IPad then it's allways asking me to buy a subscription. Does anyone know how I can solve this?

This normally occurs when you haven't signed in with exactly the same details on both accounts, so double check that.

 

Also, you could try going to Settings within Lightroom Mobile, then to your account and see if it gives you the option to Restore Purchase.
