Po otevření fotky v lightroomu, nejde zoomovat. system píše cannot zoom image.
jak to jde opravit?
Děkuji
P.
just wanted to inform you that it is now working after updating to iOS 18.4.
So the issue was probably on Apple’s side – the update fixed it.
Thank you for your help.

Hey, @pavlina_9952. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.
Please share more details, like the version of Lightroom, specific device model, mobile OS details, screenshots & video recordings of what you see.
Thanks!

Hello Samer. First thank you for your answer!
My Lightroom version on iPad is v.10.2.3F4779A/195.
If I import RAW Photo to Lightroom, photography can't zoom with my fingers. Only solutions is zoom with double click but than can't zoom out and Lightroom write error : cannot zoom image...
If I will Login to Lightroom from my husband ( same type iPad, same version lightroom, same USB flash disk) or login to husband account on my iPad , everythink running OK...
I was factory reset tablet, deleted Lightroom from my iPad and instal again, but problem persists...
Thanks for the advice!

Hello @pavlina_9952
I tried this on my own iPad Pro (12.9 2022 model) with iOS 18.4, and I cannot reproduce this when trying to import Canon Raw images by sending them from Files as you did.
I can't think of any account-specific reason for you to see this problem, but your husband's account is OK on the same device.
What camera model created your photos?
Instead of importing from Files, can you try importing directly from SD card into Lightroom using the blue import button in All Photos view?
...And after importing this way, can you then zoom into your images?

Another question: in Lightroom's app Settings > Import, under "Raw Default Settings" do you have Adobe Default, Camera Settings, or some custom Preset applied? Which one is used?

Hello.
thank you for your answear.
When I import from Lightroom with using import button like you sad, everything works fine.
The problem only occurs when using the file manager.
But how I say, when I log in to my husband account from my iPad, lightroom working fine... So this is weird.

I agree -- it is weird. When LR iOS developers first added the ability to import directly from SD memory or via Files, I remember it was said that the underlying iOS APIs are different. I think Apple has made improvements over time, that have made importing via Files work better. But any time you need to import lots of images, going directly from SD card is the most stable method.
