Is it possible in lightroom cc to delete disk photos like in lightroom cc classic?

No, it is not. You cannot manage local photos from Lightroom. They are just stored there (if you checked that option) and they are automatically deleted after some time if you didn't check the option to store photos locally. You can delete them manually however.
