Is it possible to create collections, reorder and rename photos in Lightroom CC on the iPad?

Is there a way to rename photos in Lightroom CC on the iPad? With my laptop or desktop Mac, I can select all and batch renamed the photos in Lightroom (to 2022-06-01 Subject-001 for instance).

Also, is there a way to create collections - where I can reorder the images before renaming them? Then when I export them they are renamed and sorted to more useful names and sequence. Thanks.

There is no way to rename photos with Lightroom. 

Lightroom Albums are essentially the same thing as a "collection".
