Is it possible to (how to) create a preset with an orange only HSL saturation decrease?

I've seen that Mastin Labs have created an "orange reduction" preset which appears to only affect the orange saturation slider under HSL. I haven't been able to find how they've created this, as when I create an HSL preset it affects all of the HSL settings not just the orange.

Not really. The preset always affects all of the HSL settings, but of course you can create a preset where you only changed the orange slider. That preset will reset all other HSL sliders however.
