Is it possible to integrate Lightroom or Lightroom classic in my mobile application?

I have an mobile app for photographers and I currently offer an editor in it, I integrated the PhotoEditor SDK. But I would like to use Lightroom, since Brazilian photographers prefer it.

Is it possible to use the Lightroom SDK within my mobile app by paying a monthly subscription?
