No, I don't believe you can AUTO import them (you can auto import any new images added to the Camera Roll, but you can't isolate only the Favourites for that). However, you can manually import only the Favourites....use the standard "Add Photos" button, choose "From Camera Roll", on the next screen (the list of all images in the Camera Roll) tap on "Camera Roll" in the top blue header and all the various Camera Roll albums will be listed, which includes "Favourites". Tap to select that album, then on the next screen swipe to select individual images or tap on the tri-dot menu to get the "Select All" option.
