Issue Resubscribing to Adobe Premium Lightroom Mobile

I initially subscribed on December 5th and later unsubscribed because the premium features were still locked and could not be accessed. However, when attempting to resubscribe, I'm encountering an error stating that the purchase has already been made. Despite canceling the previous subscription, I'm unable to subscribe again, and the Adobe Lightroom Mobile app on my Galaxy device cannot process the purchase.

 

I've attempted to resolve this by:

  1. I am confirming the cancellation of my previous subscription.
  2. I am logging out and back into my Adobe account.
  3. Clearing the cache and data of the Adobe Lightroom Mobile app.
  4. Attempting the subscription process through different networks.

 

Please provide guidance on rectifying this issue promptly, and if there are additional steps required from my end.
