Dear Lr Team , Greetings! I am a novice user of the Lr Mobile application and thoroughly enjoy your app. However, I've recently encountered an issue which I hope you can assist me with. Previously, I completed an annual subscription to Lr Mobile using my Google account associated with Email A. At the time of subscription, the email I used was Email B, not my Google account. Hence, my Adobe ID and Google account do not align. I recently switched to a new phone and have encountered a problem. I am unable to restore my annual subscription when logging in with my Adobe account on the new device. I believe this issue might be due to the Adobe ID and the Google account used for subscription not being the same. I am troubled by this problem and sincerely hope to continue using your fantastic application. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to restore my annual subscription on my new phone. I eagerly await your response.
