I switched from Microsoft Lr to Adobe Lr to bundle with Ps is there a way to join the two Lr's so I don't lose my presets and photos?

You need to clarify your post, as there's no such thing as "Microsoft Lr", there's only "Adobe Lightroom" (but there are different versions of that). So what version of Adobe Lightroom were you running, and which version have you switched to?  When we understand that we'll be able to explain what you need to do to in order to preserve your presets and photos.

Microsoft Lr as in Lr purchased through the Microsoft Store with my Microsoft account because I run on Windows. Adobe allows you to purchase from them directly or from Microsoft but MS only has Lr and PSe it doesn't have the full version of Photoshop so in order to get Ps I have to cancel my Lr on Microsoft and subscribe through Adobe directly but it won't allow me to join the two accounts to save my stuff.

The best way to do this is to only use one Adobe ID.

Is there any reason you didn't use the same Adobe ID on the MS Store purchased as you did on the Adobe purchased?

I have never heard of that method of acquiring Lightroom. What exact version number are you running? Is it Lightroom or is it Lightroom Classic?
