Keeps showing previous changes whilst editing

Whilst I am editing images as soon as I come back to a previous image that has edits made, it either shows auto adjustments (removing mine) or shows the previous edits before the most recents (and changes the sliders accordingly showing the date and time the last change was made). How do I turn this feature off?

I've uninstalled and re-installed the application and cannot find somehting to amend this?

Any help would be appreciated! Need to sort this urgently!

As soon as I come back onto the image it shows me the previous changes automatically and this timestamp (not the previous changes that I've made).

I was able to get this fixed somehow by chatting with the chat support. I have a Mac so it may be different, but I was told to go to my Apple settings, accessibility and add Lightroom, and to also add Lightroom into my full disk access.
I see you have a Windows, so see if there is a similar way to do those steps on your Windows settings. Otherwise, I would chat with a chat agent because those two simple steps helped!
