Good morning.
the last LR update was not working . assistance from Adobe asked me to delete some pictures from web platform and some files on local.
i was overriding the amount of space online, yet on my pc it was working and i could manage my pictures.

when update installed, the program was stucked and once i could re - open it all the pictures which where not syncornized were lost.

Is there any way to recover them in the local files?
thanks a lot for help

Local files would be recoverable via the OS's facilities.

Synced files should be in your "Deleted" folder in the App or the Web.

Thanks Rikk for the hints!
I've recovered the part on web, can not find where are located all the other pics which could not be ulpoaded on web as run out of space...

Is there a specific folder where LR save the imported data?
I was importing directly from the camera and never saved the raw anywhere.

Thanks a lot!

You don't specify how you imported the photos.
Via LrWeb: Photos for which you did not have room did not upload and are still on your camera media.
Via LrD: Photos imported but not uploaded should be uploaded as soon as you clear enough space.

Again, there is so little detail here to give a qualified answer.

ok, i'll try to add what you ask..as new user i'm not so clear about what i should exzplain to help to support...

so, i was using LR locally, not on web.
i was uploading pictures (raw) directly from camera and modifiing them on the pc (installed app on pc).
then it was syncronizing on web.

After i while i've finish the online space and it was not syncronising anymore, but I could work on imported pictures (always directly from camera) and see them modified.
I've saved some of them but not all, as I was convinced I could come back again, choose the one to save and export and have them all disposable even if not syncronozing.

when last update came in and blocked the system, i had to contact the assistance and after many attemprts they could get to the point where they asked me to go on web, delete some pictures and by then, the software/app installed locally on pc restarted to work. Yet, no pictures were there anymore...just the albums titles...

hopw it was more clear now

thanks
