Library panel disappears when using heal tool, HDR, and Panorama.

When I use heal tools, HDR, or the panorama tool, the library panel at the bottom disappear.  Have tried toggling the short cut which only effects the detail panel.  The Photo zooms in a bit and the bottom portion is missing outside the Edge of the computer screen to the bottom.  I the have to press space to move it.  To get the window on the inside of the confines of the screen I need to close the program and reopen it

Please share the system info of Lightroom from Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > Upload and share with us here.

You're working on a laptop, and it might have two GPUs. Please troubleshoot the GPU aspects of your machine following the steps shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html
Start with Step four; rest of the content is about Lightroom Classic, but it will still help.
