Hello. I have been paying for the Light room subscription for few months but still it keeps on asking me to Restore Purchases. I tried sign in and out but didn't work.
I've just send you a private message with info about which of your adobe-ids has the correct Lr subscripiton applied- Guido/ Lr Mobile QE
