I am have purchased Lightroom for IPad Version 8.4.0 on my IPad Pro running IOS version 16.5.1

when I try to use Lightroom I receive a message to upgrade to Premium. When I press for upgrade I receive a message I already have a subscription. I then try the alternative option given pressing OK the scene goes black except for an image of a spinning wheel appears in the centre of the screen which does not progress any further.

Can you help so I can use the Lightroom

I've reviewed the email address you use for accessing this forum and find no subscription purchased for this Adobe ID. Do you have a different ID you are using?

Hi @Jonathan1507

Rikk's hunch made sense to me, but looking for clues about you having having a 2nd Lightroom login turned up nothing.  Since I see your current account is still not subscribed, I wonder if you could try the steps on this troubleshooting page: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/lightroom-mobile-in-app-purchase-issue.html

If you still need help, Adobe Support may be able to assist you in real time.  Visit https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html, sign in -- I recommend the chat option.

Hi

I tried the steps you suggested but it didn't work also tried Abode Support but couldn't find the chat option. I am frustrated as I have purchased Lightroom Mobile for Ipad via an Apple subscripition but cannot use it !

Hi @Jonathan1507

I'm sorry it wasn't obvious how to reach Adobe Support via Chat.  Using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact Support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
In the chat field (lower right), type AGENT

I checked your account here against our server, I didn't see any signs of a mobile subscription, nor clues that indicate multiple accounts exists where you are signed into the wrong Adobe/Lightroom account.  I see only your long-expired 20 GB Photography plan.  If you can confirm in your iOS Subscription settings that there is a valid Lightroom Mobile Premium subscription, then trying Restore Purchase in the Lightroom Mobile app settings should help.

If you did try restore purchase, and that failed, can you elaborate on what failure message was shown?  Knowing precisely what error messages you see could help us help you!
