Lightroom 4 Installation unavailable

I have logged into my adobe account and lightroom 4 is unavailable.

I just purchased a macbook and want to use it on this instead of my mac. How can I get in contact with an adobe member to provide my installation file? I have used it for many years and it says it is unavailable to download when I click the link. I get this message: 

Sorry, this software is currently unavailable for download. Please report this error to your associated Partner Help Desk. Apologies for any inconvenience.

I do not know which is the appropriate partner help for this. It is not clear.

What operating system are you running on the new Macbook? Unless it's an older one, you won't be able to install Lightroom 4. The installer is 32-bit, and the newer operating systems will not run it.
