My LR is completly non functional after 1st update. Just minutes after first update i found a new update and after that the LR just hang after start. Not possible work with. Need some support. I check the option to send reports of the failure and be contacted but not solution at the moment.
I unistall from Windows and Install again. Nothing change

Try resetting your preferences file:
This procedure works for both Lightroom Classic and Lightroom Desktop.
If you are using Lightroom Desktop it can change the location of your local storage. Please review this setting after resetting preferences.
Reset Procedure:
1. Close Lightroom.
2. Hold down [Alt/Opt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom.
3. Overwrite the Preferences when prompted by the dialog.
4. Close Lightroom.
5. Restart Lightroom.
Does the software now launch?
