Lightroom 6

I purchased LR6 back in 2016, support told me recently I could download it again and use this old product. But going on my account it says it is not available for download.  To me this is unfair to customers who purchased a product outright and cannot use it.  Where can I download the dmg so that I can use the product I bought?
