We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s?  Apple’s?

Thank you.

If you installed from the Mac App Store, you should probably install the 7.0.1 update.
If you installed from the Creative Cloud Desktop app, you should probably attempt a clean reinstall.

Clean Lightroom Install Procedure

Close Lightroom

Restart the computer

Use the Adobe Creative Cloud App to uninstall Lightroom

Restart the computer

Install Lightroom via the Creative Cloud App without launching any other programs.

Restart the computer

Launch Lightroom

Wait 5 minutes

I already try to uninstall Lightroom and reinstall from Adobe CC.

Adobe CC don't allow me to install 7.0.1.

7.0 is the last version available.

Ill give a try with the App store 7.0.1 version.

(Did you follow the exact procedure I described?)

Adobe CC don't allow me to install 7.0.1.
(Yes, that is because 7.0.1 is Mac App Store only)

7.0 is the last version available.
(Correct)

Ill give a try with the App store 7.0.1 version.
(That isn't what I said to do unless you originally installed from the Mac App Store. Did you? )

Please try the Clean Install exactly as I've posted it above.
