Lightroom 7 says I'm offline

This is probably more of a bug than question but it seems with every LR update I install, it comes with another problem that prevents me from actually using it!

This latest epsiode is it thinks I'm offline as shown by the search bar and also that there is not one photo anywhere!

Anyone else had this?
