Lightroom 8.2 crashes while using

Community Beginner ,

I recently bought a Asus Vivobook Pro laptop and I'm using LR 8.2 on it.

I'm using Windows 11 24H2 version

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 185H 2.50 GHz
Geïnstalleerd RAM-memory 24,0 GB (23,4 GB beschikbaar)
Type systeem 64-bits besturingssysteem, x64-processor
There's also a Nvidia Geforce RTX-4060 on board.

Every time LR crashes when I use it. And after a while it continues. Vedry frustrating!

I tried to close the use of the video card in preferences: doesn't work.

I deleted LR and reinstalled LR: makes no difference.

Is your GPU driver up-to-date?

Please post the system information found in the help menu of Lr.

Thanks for the tip. I updated the video card and it looks like it's working.

However in the Nvidia-App it still shows that LR is not working optimal. I can press the button optimize but nothing happens.

Cool.

I see the same in the Nvidia app. It looks as Nvidia did not sort out things correctly with Adobe Lightroom whereas it shows optimized with Lightroom Classic.

Cheered too early; had a major crash just now. Screen turned Black. Had to force reboot.

Just saved a PSD from PS and reopened in LR in order to finetune. Just a vignet and everything turned Black
