Lightroom & Photoshop Glitchy, Laggy Problem!! Can it be my graphics card?

Hello everyone. Since the latest updates with Lightroom and Photoshop I've encountered so many problems!!

Lightroom: My copy and paste settings don't work, my mouse cursor glitches a lot and turns grey, the software glitches.... even going photo by photo glitches and slow in the develop tab

Photoshop: Generative Fill.... takes longer than usual and also a lot more slower!!

But in the other hand... my adobe premiere/after effects run just fine and smooth. !!

Is anyone going through a similar experience?

This is my computer specs:

Windows 11

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz

64.0 GB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Driver Edition 551.52 (latest driver) through GeForce

Thank you everyone. I'm working at the moment but I will try to reply with more additional information as soon as im able to.

Salut !

Bye
