Lightroom android app keep crashing

Lightroom android app keep crashing when expanding the photos. Pls see the screencap. The lightroom version is 8.1.2 and my device is samsung s21 ultra with os 13.

Since when are you seeing this issue? What is the format of the file that you are using?

If your images are synced, please try re-installing the application and clearing the app's cache.

I use canon eosr5 cr3 format.

Have you verified your version of the Android OS supports CR3 files? Direct import of raw files is dependent on operating system support.

I just found workaround.

I change the segment setting  by month instead of by year. Then it looks resume to normal.
