Lightroom app on phone and tablet

What's the difference between lightroom app premium features on phone and tablet that has a yearly price of $49.99, but Adobe website has $119.88 yearly price. The premium features listed from app look similar (although no exact details given) to what the website lists.

The Adobe website version also includes Lightroom for Desktop (Mac and Win).

Thanks Rikk. I'm planning on just doing mostly simple editing on phone and tablet for now. As my needs change I'll know where to go.
