When I go into settings on my iPad, it says that Lightroom (for tablet) is over 100GB. I have deleted over 7000 photos from the app thinking that would clear up space but it didn't. I turned on smart preview, so it wouldn't have originals downloaded. And I also went to another adobe app to see if any cloud files could be deleted, but I didn't find any. So I'm not sure why my app is over 100GB and would love help trying to get the app size down again!

A few things you could try within  the Lightroom App:

Go to thr App Settings/ Local Stoarge ans Clear Cache and ensure the Cache Size is low.

Go to Deleted under the Lightroom Tab and permanently delete the photos (make sure you don't need them as this will delete them from the Cloud also in you have a subscription).

If you do have a subscription you can check that all photos have synced to the Cloud and if so, delete and reinstall the app.

Just to note, that if you do have a subscription then as long as you have reached your quota of Cloud Storage then you should not need to delete any photos from the App at all. Clearing Cache or reinstalling should reduce the size of the Lightroom App on the device.
